INTRODUCTION

| Founded by Seiichi Morita in 1961, the Moritec technical design
group has been providing engineering and design services to Japanese electronics
industries for over 30 years. |
| Moritec has contributed to the development of Japanese satellite
communications equipment, radar systems, broadcast telecommunications, office
automation, optical-electronics, audio measurement systems, and microminaturization
systems, among others. |
| Overseas design and engineering management include projects
in Korea, Malaysia, Brazil, Taiwan, and the USA. |
| In 1991, Mr. Morita was conferred honorary citizenship
by the state of Alabama for "his outstanding contribution to the economic growth
and development of the state of Alabama" |
